project overview:
as a key natural gas capacity construction of cnpc and sichuan petroleum administration during "9th five-year plan", the natural gas surface gathering and transportation project of sichuan datianchi tectonic zone, with the total scale of annual output of 3,700,000,000m3 natural gas, is built through the world bank loans and located within 300km scope of kaijiang county, sichuan province, kai county, liangping, dianjiang, changshou and jiangbei district, chongqing. the system contains 62 gas wells, 69 gathering and transportation stations, 11 sets of natural gas dehydration plants, 170km gas pipelines and more than 160km gas collection main and branch lines.
datianchi surface gathering and transportation project built in 1999 adopts moto moscad system and the scada system composed of logicacmg mosaic software and achieves comprehensive monitoring and control of complex gas production, separation, gas collection, dehydration, gas transmission and gas distribution works in the gasfield surface gas collection and transmission project. the system officially passed the acceptance in october 2000 and obtained the gold design award of the ministry of construction.
