project overview:
southwest oil and gasfield company has built the monitoring and data acquisition system, i.e. scada system of telvent with three-layer network structure. the first layer is chengdu general dispatching management center; the second layer is the regulation and control center of the gas transmission management office; the third layer is the station control system of the station yard. the monitoring and data acquisition system in each station yard and rtu valve chamber of gas collection and transmission pipeline project in the inner north ring (qu county ~ guang'an ~ moxi ~ chengdu) communicates with dcc and gmc through ddn/vsat and gprs communication system.
the company is responsible for building the transformation and construction of scada system in inner north ring, south trunk line western section and weiqing line, totaling 840.7km trunk lines, 52.7km branch lines, 4 station yards, 43 trunk valve chambers and 2 branch valve chambers, and maintaining the whole scada system. oasis real-time industrial control monitoring system is used as the system software, rtu of bb constitutes the station control system and rtu of moto constitutes the flow computer.
