project overview:

the 100×108m3/a marketable gas production capacity construction engineering (surface engineering part) of iolotan gas field in turkmenistan mainly includes internal gathering and transportation and auxiliary engineering, natural gas processing plant and auxiliary engineering. the internal gathering and transportation and auxiliary engineering includes internal gathering and transportation (including pretreatment plant), natural gas transportation,  water source station, fire station and gas control station (in pretreatment plant); the natural gas processing plant and auxiliary engineering include natural gas processing plant, private station, living camp, highway, railway, fire station and gas control station (in natural gas processing plant).




 the analyzer house is used to analyze the has components, such as chromatography, h2s, hydrocarbon/water dew point in the natural gas in a continuous and online way in the natural gas transmission and processing industry, especially in west-east natural gas transmission pipelines. there is a dedicated and independent prized analyzer house, containing chromatographic analyzer, h2s analyzer, water dew point analyzer, hydrocarbon dew point analyzer, sampling and sample gas handling system. each kind of analyzer is provided with an independent sampling system. the material and structure of the selected sampling system can withstand the pressure, temperature, flow rate impact and corrosion at the sampling point and will not change the chemical properties of the sample gas. the pressure regulating system in the sampling system is equipped with the filter unit, pressure regulator, pressure control and over-pressure protection to ensure stable sample gas pressure. all these devices are installed near the sample connection and then enter the corresponding analyzer through the sample gas handling system.
